At Zadoozy, our goal is to deliver your purchase in the quickest and safest way possible. That's why we use UPS, the world's largest package delivery company.
Order Confirmation
We're driven to keep you informed.
Shortly after you place your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email to confirm your order details. Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with tracking information. You can visit online Order Status 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to view the most up-to-date status of your order.
Standard Delivery
We promise same business day shipping on most items.
Most orders placed by 2:00 pm CST (Monday – Friday) ship the same business day.
If you live within the continental United States, you should receive your order within 1-5 business days. Orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii could take longer.
See map below for an estimate of UPS shipping times. If your order ships directly from the manufacturer, which is rarely the case, a different carrier such as FedEx may be used.

If you are in a rush to receive your product, Zadoozy offers the convenience of expedited shipping on most items.
You should receive your purchase by UPS within 1 business day after ordering if you choose next business day delivery and within 2 business days after ordering if you choose 2nd business day delivery. Additional shipping options, including Saturday delivery, are available by calling 1-877-ZADOOZY toll free.
Shipping and delivery times are estimates and depend on product availability.
Shipping Costs
Most items from Zadoozy ship free to your door.
Standard shipping within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii in most cases, is free on orders of $99 or more. If a shipping charge does apply on orders below $99, the small charge will appear in your shopping basket at checkout. Expedited shipping costs are also calculated and displayed at checkout. If a shipping charge does apply on orders to Alaska or Hawaii, we will contact you by phone or email.
Signature Confirmation
Most of our shipments contain valuable items, so UPS is required to obtain a signature upon delivery. If you are not available when the driver makes the first delivery attempt, the driver will leave an attempted delivery notice at your door. In some cases, the driver may attempt to deliver your item to a neighbor or building manager.
Shipping Restrictions
While Zadoozy ships worldwide, some items are available only within the Unites States. If you would like to place an order but live outside the United States, please call us toll free at 1-877-ZADOOZY to see if Zadoozy ships the item you want to your country. No shipments can be made to PO Box addresses.
